I hate leaving poor reviews for business's but if it helps someone else make a good and informative decision then I will. We were told when we brought our vehicle in for an estimate an appointment date to bring it in and drop it off which we did. From the date we dropped it off till the day we had had enough of the lies and broken promises was 3 months of the vehicle just sitting there. We stopped in and told the owner we were over it and taking the vehicle, all he said was "okay" we immediately dropped it off at another shop and they already have started on it. I understand being short handed and other covid related situations but the lack of communication and lies was all I could handle. Overall I will say that they are nice people and easy to talk with but unfortunately this situation did not work out the way it was planned.

They have had my husband’s truck now for 14 months. It’s a cash job and we paid him 1/2 the money when we originally dropped off the truck. They may do good work and be nice people but this is ridiculous. I’ve paid for insurance and plates for over a year for a vehicle that we haven’t had access to. Since the first of the this year we’ve been stopping every couple of weeks and they keep telling us 2 more weeks. Their last 2 weeks update will be at the end of this week! It sure would be nice for it to be done this time!
