I came in for an oil change. I waited about 30 minutes from the time I got there and they did a great job change my oil topped off my fluids rotated my tires. This was my first one so it was free, which is always a plus and everybody’s wonderful. I love Chevrolet. I bought both of my last cars there.
View on GoogleThey didn't put the cover back on the air filter behind the glove box, literally had to ask them to do it. They took it off, they, not me, put it back on. They changed my digital dash layout that I had. Said it was because they had to reset my oil change percentage screen. I get that, but you don't have to change my dash layout to do that. Seems like I know the workings of my truck better than them. Not sure if it's a new group of people or what but this experience wasn't pleasant. Past experiences have been awesome, this one though, disappointing
View on GoogleChampion has always been my go-to for service. They can change my oil for less than I can. Things seem to be slipping tho. Last time the left a greasy black smear on my A pillar. How do you get that out without making it worse? This time it was 4 tires, 4 new TPMS sensors, and an alignment. The RR wheel is reading 0 psi. I’ll call Tuesday. They’re good about making things right.
