I realized I had a flat tire halfway through my workday. standard wear and tear. came here and they helped me quickly for a great price. very nice owner and staff. Will definitely be coming back will any & ALL car troubles!
View on GoogleThis service is awful. They basically replace your car units with older worn-out parts. About a year ago, I had gone in for an oil change. The owner of the shop "discovered" that I had a battery with low charge, and it needed to be replaced. Listening to his advice I had it swapped out only for my car to stop running after a few weeks. I took it back to him. This time he said it was the alternator. So, I got the alternator changed. But after a couple of more weeks the car stopped running. I was out $750. I finally decided to take it to the dealership, something I usually avoid especially for Audi since they're costly for maintenance services. The dealership said I had a low battery. When I explained to them that I had gotten a new one, they were surprised. So, I had the battery replaced again (only charged $200) and ever since, I haven't had a problem. It's been 6 months. No issues. A friend of mine went to Wilmette Auto a few months ago to replace a headlight. No issues. The price was right. Only $50. But his headlight went out after a month. He was going to head back there when I told him to save his money and go elsewhere because I knew was going to happen. Again, I'm almost positive they use old parts which they get off some secondary market. And then they run the hustle. You go back and that fair price you paid at the start now doubles or even triples. Stay away.

View on GoogleI’ve taken my Toyota Camry to this shop multiple times, and they’ve had my back and charged less than other shops. Had windshield replaced, catalytic converter, a/c fixed, oil changes, and other work over time. Genuine guys that do good, consistent work and know what they’re doing (at least when it comes to my make/model). I’ve since moved in to the city but will be making my way out to Wilmette for car repairs because I trust their work so much and don’t want to struggle with mechanics that upcharge because I don’t know what I’m doing. Cannot recommend them enough.
