We go so far back, we're famiy! Seriously, Duxler has been my our family mechanic experts since before I was driving at 14 years old! (I'm 63). The mechanics professional manner the wonderful mechanics! So polite!!!!! Quick true story:As recently as Friday, I was in for an oil change and transmission flush.. I witnessed a customer come in being quite rude about a service he'd received. It was very early in the morning. Too early for shenanigans!!! (7 ish?) and already 80 degrees outside..The crew was calm and cool. I have a new found respect for anyone working in customer service! Ernie, Brian, Big Ben, Keisha, Dimitri, Justin and UNCLE FRANK!!!!!!! please forgive me for anyone I may have missed! The greatest memory anyone will ever of you is how you made someone feel Thank you Duxler/ iHeart, for the pride you take in your profession individually and collectively and foryour decades of dedication in and commitment to keeping our vehicles safe on the roads! Frank and the team at Heart Wilmette are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and will explain why they recommend a repair or service. Went in for a oil change and rotation when they noticed fast wear on my rear tires. Needed to get two tires replaced and an alignment. While we waited was also time for a brake fluid change so added that while the car was up to make for a smooth process. While I initially waited I listened to them take a number of calls. They clearly provided inspection reports to customers then explained what services are recommended including services that could be paired together to reduce overall service charges and fees vs completing individually. The waiting area is small but very clean restroom, coffee, and water available. Once my repair would take longer for tires to be delivered they offered me a courtesy car for a few hours so I wasn't stuck at the shop while it was raining outside. Very professional team! Will definitely continue bringing my vehicles to Heart for future service! Vehicle: Ford Escape ~90K miles
View on GoogleExtremely overpriced service. For parts they tried to charged me 3+ times the dealer price, or 9+ times the aftermarket value, an extraordinary mark-up. After I mentioned my findings, they gave me a 30% discount but still nowhere close to a fair price. Labor is also way above average national prices, even higher than the dealers. They do what they do, you need to be aware. They are organized and polite otherwise.

View on GoogleTook my car in for a service. It was pre-booked for a service and when I got there I spoke to Ben. He looked bothered about my basic questions and couldn’t answer anything until “they look at your car”. When I returned to get the car, it was Justin who couldn’t offer a list of items that were completed (because “we don’t do that). Okay no list. No itemisation. Just a bill. Oh and when I got in the car the service alarm was still showing. So they didn’t do anything at all….what a scam.
