Hong Kong Auto is my go-to place for my car. It is a place I have full trust in. They explain to you what's wrong with your car and what needs to be fixed and what would be best for the car in the long term, and you can choose what to do. Sanny is very friendly, warm, caring and sweet. Ben the owner is a good, honest and honorable mechanic. They are good people and I feel like my car and I get taken care of at Hong Kong Auto. They care for their customers and treat them like friends and family. I recommend this great local business. The location is great too, it is right next to 41 and has a donut place next to it, there is also Mayfair and some other restaurants and shops around so you can get a meal or go shopping while your car is being fixed. They do try their best to get things done quickly.

We've been taking our family’s cars to this shop for a few years now for routine maintenance as well as for bigger repairs, and I highly recommend them. Ben and Sanny are wonderful—kind, thorough, and patient. They always take the time to explain what’s going on and what can wait versus what’s urgent. Their work ethic and honesty are unmatched, and we have found them to consistently go above and beyond in customer service. Ben is very knowledgeable and dependable, and is excellent in troubleshooting repairs. Their turnaround times are quick, scheduling is very accommodating, and more importantly the work is done right the first time around!

My old Honda had a recurring problem of running cold. I diagnosed it to be a stuck thermostat, the dealer tech thought it was the temperature sensor. Finally I've had enough of it and decided to take it to an independent shop to get both the thermostat and the temperature sensor changed. That was what took me to Hong Kong Auto Service. 5 minutes after I walked in, Ben the owner found the problem. It was neither the thermostat nor the temperature sensor. Apparently I had a small crack in the radiator which had drained my coolant tank empty. Be showed me the evidence. Rookie error on my part. Shame on the Honda dealer tech for missing that. Awesome for Honda to have made such a reliable car that ran flawlessly for 2 years with low coolant. And super awesome on Ben's part for thinking critically, verifying the hypothesis, and quickly and correctly diagnosing the problem. The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. It fundamentally fixed the problem and my old car and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Hong Kong Auto Service for its competence, integrity, friendly service, and reasonable price.
