I heard a loud sound on my car and wasn’t sure what it was. Ken & Gary immediately got me in to look at it and free of charge. They quickly replaced some of my tire lug nuts that had either been taken off or fallen off. This is as honest as it gets, and I definitely will be returning and recommending to others
View on GoogleI want to give Kenneth Pierini minus 5 stars. This shop totaled my car. I had car and after his service I have junk and I would have to pay $8000 to fix it. Now I have to file a case in Small Claims Court which will cost me with private company delivering Summons $700!
View on GoogleKenny and the guys are extremely easy to work with. No one was able to diagnose what was wrong with my dodge ram engine. It was overheating and the check engine light was on. I took it into suburban auto center and they fixed everything at an extremely affordable price. If you nervous about the pushy or up-sale auto shops this place is for you. Kenny is super honest with 40+ years of experience and like I said the price was very fair for what the work entailed. Highly highly recommend these guys at suburban auto center especially Kenny. Thank you again suburban auto center!
View on GoogleWhat can say about Ken and his staff!!!. He is Gentlemen and he will be very honest with you. He tells you what is required for your vehicle. Everywhere we go they gave us an higher price quote but here he put us genuine parts and price is so lower. I will take my car back anytime to Ken and he will fix it. From now on i will only go to this place. I hope 🙏 he wont be retiring so soon i wish and prey for his and his staff a good health.
View on GoogleI am sitting in my car still can’t believe what just happened! My car has been making really loud noise. I took it to a Firestone, waited for hours for their inspection and spent hundreds to replace some parts they suggested. The noise was still there. I took my car to Suburban Auto Center and they spent 5 MINUTES to figure out and fix the problem!!! What a magic!!! They are pros! Very kind and honest! I will never go anywhere else!
