I recently had a sensor and alternator replaced on my car at Car-X, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Mike, the mechanic, did an amazing job and is honestly one of the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. Kevin, the manager, was absolutely awesome. I was in the shop for about 4 hours, so I got to see firsthand how busy things can get with customers constantly coming and going. Some customers were patient and understanding, while others were more difficult, but Kevin handled everyone professionally and went above and beyond to make sure every customer was taken care of. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. I’ve been coming to Car-X for a long time, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. The staff is friendly, appointments are available (I've made mine both online and over the phone) and I appreciate that they often have coupons/promotions. Much better than Jiffy-lube in my humble opinion. The only downside is it sometimes smells of chemicals in the waiting area (at least they are cleaning the place lol).
