Arturo and Emilio are the best. They repaired the transmission on our commercial van 2019 Ram Promaster 2500. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast. The truck runs great. Definitely would recommend them for any transmission problem.

View on GoogleAlpha transmission did a great job at a reasonable price! Unfortunately, I needed a transmission and Arturo was thorough in laying out my options. I opted to have the transmission rebuilt and the final cost was exactly what he had quoted. During the repair process, Arturo called to let me know my front brakes were completely worn, 2 mounts (1 motor, 1 transmission) were torn and my oil pan was leaking. Even though I believed him, he insisted I stop by so that he could show me. Needless to say, he was right. I had him do the additional work for which I thought was a reasonable price. Arturo was honest and fair which is hard to find these days. I will recommend and use Alpha Transmission services again!
View on GoogleSo I brought my car here to get diagnostics done, and they were able to at least tell me what they believed was wrong using a code-thing. **Unfortunately all else was lost in communication so I would not recommend this place unless you speak Spanish (they should mention this on their website). Oh and their parking lot is a disaster and was completely unkept from the recent snow - I slipped and almost fell on ice 3 times (lol) and had even dropped my phone in a 2" slush puddle :'( (luckily it was ok after putting in rice). Overall they were decently friendly and didn't charge me for my visit. 👍

From the moment I walked into Alpha and spoke with Abel about repairs I needed I felt comfortable. After he assessed the problem he informed me of a bad ball joint that needed repair also. When I picked my car up, he actually took the time to show me the parts he replaced. Giving me an excellent explanation for what the damage was. I would recommend Abel and Alpha to anyone who is seeking honesty, fair prices, and friendly service. Thank you Abel!
