The place for Saab but I brought a Volvo nonetheless. Great guys. Fit me in on short notice. Good mechanics, did the work proper. I brought them a replacement driveshaft(without hardware) and they even thought to order me new OEM bolts, just to do it right (with my permission). Had me back on the road same day. Price was very fair even with extra bolts. Very pleased

I have had other work done on 2021 Pacifica and my 1993 Saab! Will soon get my brakes done at Peyersens! I don’t go anywhere else but there for excellent service.
View on GoogleHonest people who are truly knowledgeable about SAAB. I have had a radiator and water pump replaced on my 2007 9-3, when local repair shops refused to work on my car. Petersen Automotive did good work, found several other issues with my car and offered a loaner while the car was in the shop. These guys
View on GoogleI first had the car sitting in the shop for a full week while these guys did no work on it even though Ian promised it would be done by the time I picked it up. When I brought my Saab back to them the next time, it was given back to me without the trunk liner clipped in and parts just laying in the trunk. The front plate bracket install they did was clearly off center and tilted. My request for adjusting the headlights was completely ignored. They decided to recharge my AC despite me clearly telling them that I wanted them to check the electrical controls. A $700 ignition coil change was done with no communication to me and no apparent justification. I was told over the phone that the battery needs replacing, which I approved, but was never done. After checking my oil level recently, the dipstick is significantly above max level, and petersen is the last place that touched the car.
View on GoogleThank goodness I found Petersen’s! This was my first visit. Tyler, Ian and all the techs know saabs inside and out. They actively listen and fixed my car on point. They were super thirough testing after they fixed it to make sure all is on point, and it is. I’m in- im only taking my saab to them going forward! My car runs and sounds fantastic now! Thank u!!
