From the moment I first stepped into this establishment, I realized how excellent their customer care & professionalism is. They listened to my concerns about the symptoms of my vehicle’s transmission and exhaust and other mechanical problems and was able to diagnose and offer a fix/ resolution. Their entire staff: Nomie, Umair, Diego, Khurram & Saqib provided peace of mind and excellent auto repair. Nomie is well known within the car community and is known as an incredible mechanical engineer. I drove more than 1.5 hours in traffic and it was well worth it. Nomie fixed my problematic transmission driveshaft issue and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Also repaired an exhaust issue. After he repaired everything, my car drove much smoother and more efficiently and is back to great health. They’re able to order parts and have a quick turn around time as well as have fair pricing. I gave it some time before writing this review to be absolutely sure I was right. Took my car in for headlight repairs and to give me a write up on all that was needed to bring car to proper condition. This place had decent reviews and a friend said they have gone here a few times as well. I even brought in my own ballast for headlights to assist in repair speed. Communication was null and void. I had to follow up constantly over the course of two days. They would rush me off phone and seemed uninterested in operating like a business that cared about its customers. Finally, lights were supposedly repaired. Never received a write-up for estimate for additional work that I requested at onset. A week later I notice water in my headlights that was never there before. Lights would not come on again either. Fine. Things happen. I return to shop and leave car there to have it looked at again. I was told Iater that the water is entering through unseen openings in seals around headlight assembly and it would cost $1K to fix issue. I requested if lights could be resealed and they told me no. Service rep said bulbs were blown as well so no point in replacing again. I parked my car in my garage(located in big townhouses across the street from shop) and traveled overseas for 3 weeks. Come back,.....lights are working and bulbs aren't blown after all. I take my car to a repair shop on Crawford and Main.....they don't charge me a dime. Literally shows me the water is entering thru failed seal on hood that was not sitting correctly. Fixed it with his fingers. I have since given that repair shop an additional ~$2K in business to replace shocks, struts, rear stabilizer bar, tires, and MAF sensor....needed this car up to par to hand over to my 16 year old daughter and I'm so glad I landed at a mechanic that could be trusted. Honesty and going the extra mile goes a long way. I have had zero issues with water in my headlights and it has been driven thru a few weeks of heavy rain. Future customers should proceed with caution and get a 2nd opinion. Judgment and hustling seem to going on in this repair shop. As for reference, this vehicle was a 2015 Infiniti QX60.

Had Mohammed at Accurate Auto remove my old mid-pipe and install a new one, and the experience was excellent.
