AAA Skokie Car Care Plus

William was absolutely amazing! He knew I had an emergency with my car and got me in to take care of the issues quick! ( I have 2 small children) William took my call after hours and assured me he would help me asap. Adam was the tech that worked on my car and he was fantastic as well. I will be leaving the place I normally take my car and will be going to AAA in Skokie. They were very professional and their prices were extremely fair and reasonable. You are lucky to have William running your facility. He is very knowledgeable, personable and fair. You have gained a new customer because of the two men I dealt with today! Btw, you were referred by a friend who also has dealt with William!

I am fortunate that I chose to get my car repaired here at AAA Skokie Car Care Plus. I went in for an oil change a couple of times and really liked how they treated their customers. When my car needed some repairs I brought it to them and love how they treated me. Their mechanic drove me home when they closed and they called me first thing in the morning and let me know it was all fixed and ready to pick up. The price was fair and the work was good. I found my new auto repair shop.

This is a really a review for Grace Hogue. She was so incredibly professional and helpful. I wish i could say the same about the other staff member. I was there to get an international drivers license for me and my family. I had all the paperwork complete but i missed my daughters signature on her photo. It was 5:15 pm when I arrived. At 5:20 the gentlemen started to review my files. At 5:24 he showed me the missing signature. I told him we lived 10 minutes away and my daughter could be there quickly to sign her paperwork. He was so adamant if my daughter didn't arrive within 6 minutes she would have to do her application another time. He told me that the cutoff for applications is 5:30 because they close at 6. I assured him she would be there by 5:40 at the latest and I am sure he would be still working on the other two. He just kept repeating if she can't be here by 5:30 then the answer is no - she will have to do it another day. I told him I had left work early in order to get this done, he just repeated she had 6 minutes to get there. Without saying a word to me he left for the day and passed my file to Grace Hogue. Grace quickly worked through the applications and told me if my daughter could be there by 5:45 she could complete her application as well. Grace was efficient, professional and friendly. My daughter arrived at 5:42 and we were on our way by 5:45. AAA is supposed to offer customer service. This is a very busy branch that has very long lines and wait times. You need more Grace Hogue's working for you.

Will was awesome! Super helpful and kind from the second we walked in. Took an Uber from the city to get IDPs and was easy and smooth. Filled out the form, took photos, and Will took care of the rest. Thanks for making it easy!

Bad customer service attitude at the front desk. The pricing also felt extremely high, especially charging $46 just to replace my own tire, which is more than double what I’ve seen elsewhere for similar work. Based on my experience, the whole interaction felt unpleasant and overpriced. If you have another option, I would recommend going somewhere else.
