View on GoogleI had been chasing a difficult issue on my 2009 Infiniti G37 for a while and decided to bring it to Jack for a diagnostic and smoke test. Jack was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Instead of guessing and throwing parts at the car, he performed a proper smoke test and quickly identified a vacuum leak at the plenum that was causing my lean codes, misfires, and high idle. He showed me exactly where the leak was and helped me understand the problem. It's hard to find honest mechanics who are willing to diagnose the root cause instead of just recommending parts, and Jack definitely earned my trust. If you're looking for a mechanic who knows what he's doing, communicates well, and genuinely wants to help, I highly recommend Jack. Thanks again for the help!
View on GoogleEmission test failed. Went to my local mechanic who fixed a few things then kept telling me keep driving to get the car's drive cycle ready. After hundreds of miles of driving, decided to give this place a try. Noah and Jack used high tech computer to figure out why the drive cycle wasn't getting ready and helped me fixed those specific issues. Price is very reasonable. I am happy they helped me pass the emission test to renew the license plate. Wish I would've gone to them from the beginning. I could've saved so much time and headache. They have my business going forward.
View on GoogleWe found factory muffler by accident years ago when our car failed an emissions test and we saw their sign across the street from the inspection center. We were so impressed by the service Noah and his team provided that we have become loyal customers for all our car repair needs. They are honest and look out for their customers’ interest. Whenever we have to do a major repair, Noah personally escorts us to the shop to demonstrate what is broken, explains why it needs to be replaced, and lets us know if there’s a way to save money on the repair. Noah has strong opinions on which used cars to buy and avoid based on how expensive they are to repair, and his advice has saved us many thousands of dollars. The only problem is, because they’re so great, they’re sometimes too busy to take same-day appointments. Five stars, and I don’t know how anyone could give them less.
