I came in with a nail in my tire during what was clearly one of their busiest times. The shop was packed, and I expected to be waiting quite a while. Instead, the owner personally came out, took care of my tire, and had it repaired in less than 20 minutes! The level of customer service was absolutely outstanding. Even though they were extremely busy, I felt like a priority from the moment I walked in. The owner was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me get back on the road safely. It’s rare to find a business that combines efficiency, expertise, and exceptional customer service the way Tuffy does. This was hands down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop.

Unfortunately for me my car which I love has been to Tuffy’s several times. FORTUNATELY I had Tuffy’s to take care of her for some major repairs and when I got her back from my last repair my check engine light came on so I brought her back. It turned out the check engine light had nothing to do but my repair but Tim and his team took care of it quickly with no problem. When you take your beloved car to Tuffy’s be patient because for a small shop they get A LOT of business and for good reason. Tim, thank you and your team so very much.

I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They explained everything clearly, checked my fluids and tire pressure, and made sure my car was running perfectly before I left. What really stood out was the customer service. The manager Eric and Ron in the front were very respectful, honest, and didn’t try to push unnecessary services. The oil change was done quickly, and they kept me informed the entire time. It’s hard to find a place that combines quality work with great customer care, but this shop definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable oil change service.
