Outstanding service, wonderful people. My 2015 CR-V needed an important part replaced, and since I like to support local businesses, I decided to try Arrowhead Automotive. And it was a great find! They replaced the converter for a fraction of the cost I was quoted at the other places. I received great quality workmanship- no more check engine light. Arrowhead Automotive team's performance was outstanding. The communication was fast and transparent, Glen and Jason were very knowledgeable, professional and polite. I always felt respected and valued as a customer. I went back recently for an oil change and battery replacement, and again they did a great job plus the price was very reasonable. Hands down best mechanic around! professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy! All around great guys, Jason is amazing, this is the only place I go. I got taken advantage by another mechanic they put used parts in my car after a head on collision in my silverasdo, Jason and his team made it right, got me back on the road in less time than originally estimated, which I appreciate because I run my own business and my truck is my bloodline to my business! The most dopest car mechanics For starters, Jason has the face of an angel, the grip of a tiger, and the strength of 10,000 bears. He doesn’t even own a lift, he gently picks up each car in one hand and works on them with the other…. left handed while talking to customers on a corded phone. On many occasions SNAP-ON calls Arrowhead to borrow tools. BMW once created a car after him, the RSAT-VG (RockSolidAxelThunderVerhicularGod), but it destroyed too many marriages and had to be taken off the market. And if you didn’t already know, Jason drives the only automatic with a manual transmission in existence.I once accidentally hit Glenn with my truck (he was ok) but after, my alignment was fixed and my check engine light turned off! When the truck wouldn’t start, he jumped it just by squeezing the ball of my hitch and of course when I said my heat wasn’t working, Glenn fixed it just by flexing at it. And if you didn’t already know, Glenn drives the only manual with an automatic transmission in existence. They also saved my sister’s life. So I got that going for me. . .Which is nice.

Glen and Jason are great. Super professional and honest. They are craftsmen at what they do. I have serviced all my cars with them due years now and I have always walked out from their shop satisfied with their work and customer service. I highly recommend them.

My bf had to take his car here. Glen (I believe the owner) is beyond professional, easy to talk to, and explained everything that he had done. He kept in contact with us so we knew what was going on, he's reasonable with pricing as well which is always a plus! Would highly recommend this place, lets keep supporting small businesses such as this one.
