The heat shield on my car got ripped down after coming out of a car wash and I called up Bartel’s and they took me in right away. within a day they had the parts ordered. They even recommended due to safety that I get my brakes done and i did need them done it was time. Overall, very great customer service, and even better care

They’ve fixed my son’s car and my daughter’s car, and even refunded my son $20 for his Uber because he didn’t know they pick up and drop off. Thank you Ivan! The huge amount of trust I have for Bartel’s will last a lifetime. I used to go to the Carol Stream location when I was near there, and now I’m at the Plainfield location. View on GoogleI needed warranty work done and I chose Bartel's for their location. I am super impressed with the service, expertise, and follow through with my vehicle. It took me 2 months to get my vehicle back due to a poor service contract with Carmax! Needless to say Bartel's stayed in contact with me regularly. They apologized for the warranty company and worked with them to get my situation handled. I feel like they did what they could to help me. I will go to Bartel's again but never Carmax!! My cousin is a mechanic so I’m kind of spoiled and I typically don’t have to go to the shop to get brakes done. I got a few estimates from Tuffy and Firestone and I happen to stumble upon Bartell’s auto clinic on Google. I only called just to get another estimate. First, let me say their customer service over the phone was impeccable. The gentleman was so friendly that I was smiling as he was talking. He gave me the estimate, and it was a little sleeper than one place, but similar to the other place, but much further away from where I live I decided to go here just because of that phone conversation. I’m glad I did because Everyone was just as friendly in person As the gentleman over the phone. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Bartell Auto!
