Long story short I was here for a recall. Dealer said it was take 8hrs. They gave me a loaner to use. 8 hrs turned into 6months with the recall still not fix. They said they made all the repairs I have to call customer service to get an active account for a subscription. Call them and they told me my truck is still not fixed and to take it back to dealership. Dealership refused and told me to call back to corporate to get this fix. After hrs on the phone Corp called the dealership to make an appointment to fix my truck. Took it in and sure enough they weren't aware of it and didn't do anything. Supposedly they had a meeting about this but I never received updates. Emailed the manager and no response. As a result truck still not fixed and not a happy customer.

This was a wonderful experience. Every employee I spoke with was helpful and pleasant. I wasn't overcharged, nor did anyone try to tell me I needed more work on my car. That alone is very refreshing!
View on GoogleManager of the service department is rude! Supposed to do a full inspection of vehicle and send out for other services they said they didn’t get the vehicle back in time. I allowed more time for them to do what they needed to do but they didn’t make any type of accommodations. Manager was snarky not a very nice company. Got multiple phone calls while my vehicle was there from different people every time I called back nobody knew where my vehicle was located. Just a hot mess.

Rod Baker Ford quickly diagnosed the problem and worked seamlessly with my third-party warranty provider to get the repairs approved. Joe did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the entire process, and the shop team did top-notch work on my truck. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received here and will definitely be coming back to Rod Baker Ford for all my future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend!
