Went there 3/17, oil change. Service fast, price was right.... but they try SCAM ME. THe lady from front shows me (NOT MY) Air Filter, and suggest that my regular mechanic do not change it. This Air filter was so filthy like somebody clean with it fireplace chimney. So be careful for SCAM that you will be offered. For the staff ( I change my Air Filter once a year so I know my Air filter :) )
View on GoogleThis place used to be WAY better. I paid $1,400 for a coolant leak and pump replacement back in February of this year and now I'm at a different mechanic paying for a coolant leak and pump replacement AGAIN! Not to mention a $150 diagnostic fee. I want my money back. Period.

View on GoogleI would give this business a 0 if I could. I am usually not one who puts down any business but I will definitely NEVER be going here again. The staff were rude and did not even bother to take down a phone number to contact me when an oil change was done. I had to force them to take down the information. Also they were not transparent at all as I had requested just an oil change and when I went to pick the car up they said that they rotated my tires and charged me for that as well. I had just changed the tires the previous week and did not want that at all, but they did not even bother apologizing for not letting us know that up front. They just said that it was a" basic" service and chose to just stare at me when I asked why I had not been told about this when I dropped the car off. I will also be telling anyone who asks for a recommendation to never go here. I am extremely disappointed in this facility and hope that the management takes a good hard look at their employees and makes some changes.
