I took my Jeep into them because it had over 200,000 miles on it and wanted everything looked at and fixed bumper to bumper. Everyone there cares about you and your vehicle. After explaining and showing me everything that needed fixed or replace I preceded to have them take care of it all. There all great knowledgeable service people. My Jeep drives and runs like brand new. Thank you all at Precision Diagnostics in Plainfield. I'll never go anywhere else for auto work.

Shout out to the guys at precision diagnostics!! They did my whole timing job on 2001 sequia. Timing belt, water pump, idler, tensionor, thermostat, thermostat gasket, cam seals also they did a coolant flush along with installing a whole new axle in the rear end of my sequia and they let me know it's a few day wait, I had no problem leaving my truck with them for a few days they did an amazing job. After the timing job was done a month later the camshaft position sensor went out but I should've replaced that at the same time as timing job but I didn't so when it went out I was sure to order the part and bring it right back and they took good care of me and the families suv. I want to say I appreciate you guys and I apologize for not making this post in november when yall did the work but everything is great and appreciated much from my family to yours

December 2025 Update: 2nd visit - I've definitely found my new go-to repair shop! I skid into a curb in the snow and messed up my steering pretty good. Turned out to be a tie rod that bent, and needed alignment. Was given a video of the inspection explaining the repair needed very clearly. Was given a very fair price and had the car back in about a day and a half, just because the part needed had to be ordered. These guys are great! I am telling all my neighbors who go to the dealer for repairs to start going here. September 2025: Will definitely be using these guys in the future, glad I tried this shop! Honda Pilot needed some larger 100k mile services ... (timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt, new spark plugs, etc). I was given a detailed quote an they started work the same day! Fair price, no surprises, turnaround time on the car was as-promised. Very professional and courteous shop. Washed/vacuumed the car before I picked it up.
