I’ve trusted Kevin and his team of top-notch mechanics at MyCity AutoCare with all of my vehicles over the years, an Infiniti, a Toyota 4Runner, and a VW Jetta, and they’ve been outstanding every time. Their service is consistently better than the dealership's, both in quality and pricing. There have even been a couple of situations where they had to fix issues the dealer hadn’t properly resolved, and they handled them quickly and correctly. What really stands out is how professional and friendly the team is. They take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicles and even show me photos and videos of the issues found to make sure I understand exactly what they are. They don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need, and they genuinely care about doing the job right. They’re also very flexible and easy to work with when it comes to scheduling, which makes a big difference with a busy schedule. For example, I dropped my vehicle off, they drove me back home, and when they finished the service, they picked me up again. One recent experience that really stuck with me was when my AC went out right before a family trip out of town. I dropped off the car, they diagnosed the problem, explained what they found, I approved, they ordered the parts, had everything fixed in less than 24 hours, and provided a warranty on the parts. That kind of turnaround and commitment is hard to find. This is one of the best auto service shop that I ever dealt with. Tom and his staff is the best. He went beyond to help me out with my service my air conditioning. It was done in less than 24 hours. Everyone here is extremely nice and personable. Honest and reliable, any repair work that I have gotten done - ive never had the same issue arise. Communication is on point and always appreciate able to get us in. Will recommend to anyone looking.

I brought in a $39.95 coupon for an oil change, set an appointment ahead of time, so that I could get in & out. It was a 10:30 AM appointment. I was there at 10:29 AM sharp. They did not even pull my car into the car bay, until after 11 AM. Which was already causing frustration.. Then, when it comes time to pay at the front counter, somehow I get smacked with a $54.95 bill?🤔 ( And this is after I already mentioned the coupon, well in advance). So they knew I was giving this $39.95 special coupon at the front counter. So I asked him what was the up-charge difference all about, he explains that “you only get so many quarts of oil on this coupon”, & anything above & beyond they “up charge per quart”?😱😤 I’ve never heard of this in my life. In fact, I’ve never used a coupon anywhere, yet, had to pay an extra $15 on top of the coupon price. 🤨 Will I ever come back to this place again or give my business?? Hard pass.👎🏽🙅🏼‍♀️ Not into making advanced set appointments & still having to wait an extra 30 minutes, to get my car in for actual service. And definitely not into paying an extra $15 bucks, on top of what my coupon price was. Very misleading operation.🙅🏼‍♀️👎🏽
