I had a block in my windshield wiper container. Mice got in. I thought this was still Merlin because they were great guys with very reasonable prices. These new people claimed they were also- however the cost to clear out my windshield washer had me in total sticker shock. I’ll not return and told myself I would not because they are not like Merlin’s that was there at all. I felt price gouged. I think they saw my car was expensive and assumed I was miss money bags and that I could afford it. Wrong.! The car was from when my dad passed away. Totally felt taken advantage of.

I had to change my license plates & could NOT get the screw out. A friend had every tool out & spent 3 hours & couldn’t get it out. I called Merlin the next day. They took me immediately and had it out in 2 minutes. Drake, Kate and Lilian are awesome! They installed my new plate and I got this project finally crossed off my to-do list. This is now my go-to place for all things that has to do with my car! Thank you, Merlin!!!

We have taken our vehicles (2010 Tundra and 2015 Highlander) to Merlin’s for years after the manufacture’s warranties were expired and have always felt like we were treated very fairly. John and John’s level of communication is top notch and they stand behind their work. Merlin’s has gotten the Tundra to over 200k miles and that tank starts every day without fail. Our Highlander just turned 113k and runs like a dream. I can’t say enough positive things about the level of service Merlin’s provides.

I've been going to this Merlin's since 2006 and they have treated me, my wife, and my son fairly and respectfully the whole time. The services they give are top notch. They have done everything from replacement of a motor to adding air in the tires for my wife. John the owner and John the manager are easily the best people to deal with. I called a day before, they told me they were booked. However, they told me that they could see my car. They fix the problem of my car and they even changed my tires too. This is my 5th time taking it to Merlin. I have not had a problem. John is one of my favorite guys there. He is always there to help. Love them!
