I had left work got my car and discovered no heat🥶. I was an hour from home on a Saturday afternoon. I called Hawk Subaru and spoke to someone who told me if I was there by 4 pm they could get me in and I would get my car back on Tuesday. Called my husband to come get me. On my way to Hawk they called me back to let me know they found a loaner car for me. I was thrilled. When I got there at 3:55 Luis was waiting for me. He was a pleasure to deal with. He listened to my problem and was not Pushy about anything. I appreciated his great customer service. He also had my car ready one day earlier than promised. I apologize to Luis for not getting this review done sooner! I know how important these anye are to a business. Thank You

Had a wonderful experience getting my 2020 Legacy serviced here. Donna in the service department was so helpful over the phone and helped me book a service and Oil Change. They gave me a free loaner for the day. Went over the service with me before I left and were not pushy at all. Texted me when the car was ready and even send a video recording from the technician explaining the work they did. By far my best dealership service experience. Will definitely be the only place I take my Subaru for service.

Three hours for an oil change and rear brakes replacement and as a bonus they scratched my front driver wheel considering that I told them not to do the tire rotation because I did it two weeks ago when I changed winter tires to all seasons!
