Loved the service they provided. I do most of my own auto work but got I to a situation where I couldn't figure it out. Called Douglas on a recommendation and was very impressed. Made an appointment to bring the car in, and they called me by mid day having figured it out and advising what was needed. On my approval they got it done same day. Didn't try to sell anything I didn't need, just did was was asked and did it well. And the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend these guys.

I cannot say enough great things about Douglas Automotive Repair! On my daughter’s very first day of school, my car suddenly started making a loud noise right after drop-off. I was stressed and worried I wouldn’t even be able to pick her up on such an important day. I reached out to my church for help, and they recommended Douglas Automotive. From the moment I called, they were understanding, kind, and professional. They got me in right away and, to my surprise, had my car fixed the very same day! Thanks to them, I was able to pick up my daughter on time without any worries. This shop is truly a blessing. They are fast, honest, and treat you like family.
