Diagnostic. Water pump, timing chain, spark plugs, liquid top offs. Extremely professional courteous and a very nice and accepting front desk, reception area, kids area and bathroom. They have courtesy, coffee and tea Wi-Fi charging ports and ample seating areas. Leather cloth all was great back support. It is a family oriented business that pride to themselves on great work, transparent communication and quality work.

Just found the place i will be taking my car for all services. I strongly recommend Doc Motor Works. Very comfortable environment, kid friendly. BILL, is the best good sense of humor, and the young lady, sorry didn’t remember her name. The best custom service I have received in a long time. You guys do good work, and YALL are caring people. You will not find better automotive service in Plainfield. Period. Scott is a trained Toyota technician who is dedicated to providing the best service for all his customers. This is THE place to go to for anything car related! Customer service was TOP notch and I have definitely found my new favorite car shop. A true gem of a place. SO family friendly and reasonably priced. All other car places need to take notes because these guys NAILED it. I called Doc Motor Works up on a Friday morning and spoke with Bill. Immediately I was greeted with southern hospitality. Bill was incredibly warm, welcoming, professional and highly knowledgeable in his craft. He scheduled me for later that same day to get my brakes serviced. Once there, I was treated like family. Everyone greeted me and was SO kind! The waiting room was immaculate. I couldn’t get over how meticulously maintained the inside was. Highly impressive. It was so bright and cheerful inside and was decorated so cute. There was a rock climbing wall/jungle gym for kids, as well as plenty of books and toys to keep children engaged and entertained for HOURS. I have never seen anything quite like it in ALL the years of going to different car shops. You didn’t even feel like you were inside a car shop, you felt as if you were in someone’s home. There was a coffee and tea bar set up with an assortment of snacks for customers. Beautiful nature inspired landscapes adorned the walls. Rocking chairs out front for customers to relax in, as well as a picnic bench underneath a tree which provided plenty of shade and was such a nice option to sit at on a beautiful day, as I just so happened to take advantage of that day! My brakes were done to perfection, the mechanic that serviced my vehicle was super friendly, professional and polite and told me how much he loves to work on cars. Bill went above and beyond and provided a coupon towards the front and back brakes as well as a 3 year warranty. Doc Motor Works was an incredible experience from the moment I spoke with Bill on the phone, to the moment I left the shop. I WILL be back! Thank you guys!
