I received very professional help with a car repair here. I was given an estimate along with a detailed explanation of what steps would be taken to make the repairs. I was also given information on steps involved if hidden damage was discovered during the repairs. The shop beat their ETA on repairs and the work performed was top notch. Everything from the collision was completely reversed. When picking up the car, I was given information about the repair and steps to take for any questions that may come up. I was confident in choosing Crash Champions with a guaranteed for life repair. Would absolutely recommend.

Extremely disappointed with this shop. My vehicle repairs have been delayed for over two months, and during that time I've been given at least 12 different completion dates, none of which were honored. Communication has been inconsistent, and each time I check in, the timeline changes again with no real explanation. I understand delays happen, but repeated false promises and lack of transparency are unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop if you need reliable timelines or honest communication.

This is a review that I was hoping would be positive, but lack of co-operation and still missing replacement parts after 4 months, I am giving honest feedback. FYI, I had phone conversation with manager, Moses, and case manager, Kris, with no ETA for resolution. We brought our Subaru Crosstrek for repair at end of Aug'24, it was hit in the parking lot, right rear passanger side. Initial communication was great, car was returned 2 weeks after we dropped off , on 9/13/24 ( Vehicle Out). When I picked up the car, I was told by Kris, case manager, that weather stripping ( beltline) on right rear doors is on back order, but otherwise car is perfect to take home. Body repair was done properly, no complaints there, but there is a mechanical aspect, and 100% part replacement that this shop failed to deliver. On 10/3/24, Kris called that part came in. I returned the call on 10/7/24, and stopped by the shop, only to be shown replacement door moulding, not the weather stripping. ok, maybe honest mistake. Let's wait. We do not travel much in a Subaru, so the time on the road was limited. At the end of the Dec'24, we took the car to Wisconsin, it pulled hard to the left. We drove it multiple times on the highway, few other days, same issue. As the shop item list shows, there WAS a 4 wheel alignment done. I called the shop on 1/8/25, they said, you are passed the 30 days alignment warranty, you are on your own. Shop manager, Moses, confirmed it. On the same call, I asked about weather stripping. The shop told me that I missed their call on 10/3/24, and that is when the part was at the shop. I politely countered that with my visit on 10/7/24, as the answer to the 10/3/24 call, and when I stopped at the shop, there was wrong part ordered. They said they will look into it. As you can see from pictures, I made a call on 1/9/25 and 1/10/25, my case manager, Kris, is yet to return my call. Without throwing any additional tantrums, I stopped at a local shop that I have been using for wheel alignment for all my vehicles for years. Long story short, the toe of the right rear tire was in, misaligned. This was the area where we were hit in the parking before we brought the car in. Now it is mechanically sound, I have contributed another $100 out of my pocket in addition to my deductible. Yes, I have driven ~3500 miles since pickup, and yes, I would own the issue if the alignment was with one of the front tires. But the issue was with the tire that was hit, so I am sticking that external shop used during the repair did not do it right. As it went through Crash Champions, this is their review. Still waiting for weather stripping. 1/20/25 Auto response from the shop. This is not rocket science, I gave them multiple chances to make it right, why continue to chase? If they really mean anything, they know my phone number. Will keep updating this on timely basis, it is always nice to know who "cares about customer satisfaction" 1/30/25 Not a single phone call or email from the shop. Worst service I have ever experienced. Still waiting for weather stripping, will call my claim insurance agent. 4/1/25 still waiting for the weather stripping

I was in shambles when my car was involved in two accidents. She is my dream car and I needed to be sure she was going to be taken care of properly and returned to showroom condition as this is a collector's car. I was very concerned about receiving my car back in perfect condition and Eduardo Rojas was very patient in hearing all of my concerns and whatnot. He made sure that my car was returned in perfect condition and boy was I pleasantly surprised! I couldn't be more happier with the results and knowing that there is a lifetime warranty on the work they did makes me feel confident and comfortable knowing in case I find something in the future once the paint cures, that I can raise these concerns and have it fixed if needed. When I took my keys and went out to my car, the button on the door handle was not unlocking my car. Eduardo Rojas jumped into action and wasted no time at all in exhausting all efforts to fix the issue. He even went as far as having his crew after hours take apart my door and check for loose wiring. Turns out that's all it was and my car is back to me in perfect condition! I highly highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need of having their car repaired. This place took very good care of Shadow, my car, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I had to have my bumper changed since someone rear ended my car.Took it to crash champions and they did an amazing job like bumper looks brand new. Estimate was accurate and got my car back on time as promised. Thank you rachel and team.
