Unexpectedly, the rivet which went to the hinge on my Undercover hard top broke on Wednesday, and it left me with a hard top which was off-kilter and not safe to drive in that manner. My experiences with Mark, Mike, and Raphael the technician were beyond excellent. Both Mark and Mike were very pleasant and very helpful. Raphael the technician was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful also and did an excellent job of repairing the problem. I am so very glad and very grateful I was referred to them. They completely knew what they were doing, and I am very comfortable with the proper repairs which were made to the hard top.
