I've had the worst luck with my car and have had to use Todd's 3 times in 6 years. But wow am I glad they work with State Farm. The staff is amazing and I feel like it's the same faces over the last 6 years which makes me feel good to do business with them, happy employees make for better communities. This mose recent need for their services was wonderful as always but the cherry on top was the interior detailing! The car was sooooo clean! 6 years, 3 insurance claim covered visits, 110% best service ever.

I had to bring my mini van after the mirror was damaged. Steve first tried to find a used option to reduce the cost. He presented an option but it had a small crack so we decided to go with a new one. Steve kept me informed throughout the process and was awesome to deal with. I will absolutely be using Todd’s again.

The ladies that answer the phones are above n beyond helpful. I’ve never been in a car accident and they walked me through everything. I will always give them my business and refer everyone I know to them. My car ended up being totaled out, so there was no work done this time . Years back my Durango was backed into while it was parked and needed front end work, after carstar todds was done with it , you never could tell it was damaged. Exceptional service from the ppl that answer when you call to the body men and everyone else behind the scene, thank you .

HIGHLY RECOMMEND I took my SUV last week to Todd's to have some body work done ... punctured hole in a front panel from when I lost a battle with a temporary parking fence. From the moment I stepped into their office, to every interaction I had with several employees, all were courteous and professional in every way. FYI, you initially take your vehicle in for a quote. Make an appointment and that process took less than a half hour in total. Agreed with their quote, scheduled my car to bring in and they said it would take 2 to 3 days and they were true to their word. But most importantly of all, their work is outstanding! You'd never know of my lost battle with that parking fence! The repair looks perfect! I would definitely recommend to family and friends to take their vehicle(s) here if ever in need of body work. Thanks again. Pleasure doing business with you.
