In a world of untrustworthy auto repair shops, Russo's remains an exemplar of integrity. My local family and I will always take our vehicles to them, so long as they continue to be honest, fair, and excellent in their work. My loyalty was further reinforced today, as Joe at Russo's took the initiative on my behalf to call and catch a parts dealer in their price gouging lie. Love Russo's!
View on GoogleRusso's is an excellent auto repair business. They thoroughly explain any proposed repairs for my car and never encourage me to add more replacements or repairs than my car needs. The prices are better than some of the brand name places that I have taken my cars to in the past. I have had my tires replaced, new brakes and new battery installed along with general maintenance and oil changes. I don't always get a person on the phone when I call, but someone has always returned my call within 24 hours. I love the fact that Russo's is an Oak Park family business and has been in the same location since the 1970s.

They are fairly busy these days so when I called on a Tuesday Joe was honest and up front about the craziness of the week and being a little short staffed and made an appointment for me first thing the following Monday. He got my car in diagnosed and fixed with a new alternator within four hours and was communicated very well about all of it. Good mechanics are hard to find but based off my experience I highly recommend Russo’s!!
