Got a flat tire unexpectedly near my home and brought it in for repair. They inspected the puncture and confirmed it could be safely patched instead of replacing the tire. The repair was done in under 40 minutes. I liked that they also checked air pressure in all tires without charging extra. Simple service but handled efficiently. Waiting space isn’t very large, but for a quick job like this it didn’t matter much.

Mark even showed me a detailed image on his computer to explain what was going on. When I asked how much I owed, he said there was no charge. His honesty and kindness instantly earned my trust and future business. This year, when my starter had a glitch, I went straight back to Mark. He quickly identified the problem and made time in his busy schedule to fix it. I’m deeply impressed not only by his skill and professionalism but, even more so, by his honesty and old-fashioned integrity. Highly recommend!

The guys took him right in, made the repair, charged a reasonable price, and he was on time for his meeting. Great professional and honest business. Would highly recommend!
View on GoogleI was sent to Oak Park & North Auto by another shop believing I needed a repair that would cost over $2500. Howard, the owner, called after giving my car a much needed check, assured me that I did not need that repair, and fixed a few belts and things that I knew were screechy. Everything he did was completely reasonable for a 12+ year old car. This is an shop run by honest people who do solid work. Definitely no frills, but I don't need to pay $200 extra dollars for a fancy waiting area with stale pastries and fancy instant coffee. I'd give the shop more stars if I could!
