My honest experience, Very Unprofessional & Terrible Customer Service. 1st time trying Meineke , Came for oil change before and I didn’t like the ladies attitude (I guess the desk clerk) so I told my husband let’s go so my husband ends up bringing me back now why idk but long story short the guy signed us in he was very nice actually and professional I guess SHE remembered & AFTER my car was serviced we were not informed sat there waiting while they were done with my car I stepped out to see what’s the hold up my cars parked by the door and they’re ALL chilling and the lady babysitting her kids on the job nobody came back to even help with this application for other services talking bout oh we were waiting for your response at the end of the day you know what I came for if that was the hold up STILL why not come correctly and tell me my car is ready so we can pay and go I definitely didn’t like that one bit and they proved my thought to never come here again ..MIND YOU THIS IS OAK PARK lol

I’m very lucky that I found this place. I just happened to live very close to it. My family uses this place exclusively now. I stopped checking price prices against competition a long time ago. They are very professional, patient, and kind. Multiple people make you feel like you’re the only customer in the garage, even when they are busy. They will physically walk you through each step of the repair process if you would like to stick around. Otherwise, they will video an explanation and send photos to show what needs to be done to the car. I recommend this place to all of my friends when they have car issues because of their professionalism and care. I am Very happy to leave a strong review here for this location.
View on GoogleThe mechanic had a friendly face and smile. Car seems great. Now for the downsides. I don't understand why, if you make an appt, that it would take an hour and a half for an oil change. As a courtesy, I believe the waiting room should have water available; a dispenser with cups.

Honest mechanics are worth paying a slight premium. Better to get the job done right than to have to do it all over after a botched repair.
