I had a wonderful experience at the Jiffy Lube located at 6845 North Ave in Oak Park. They greeted me warmly and with a smile when I arrived and were friendly and professional through out. Christopher T. managed my service and went over everything in clear detail. He was wonderful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and even served complementary coffee. Prices were reasonable (especially compared to my dealership) Highly recommend!

I had car repairs at a different place and they caused a lot of issues Ive been coming here for my oil change and issues with my coolant leaking and they are super helpful every single time. They are all professional and friendly. Great place, never a long wait time. Totally recommend.
View on GoogleI'm not sure how they got 4.0 stars I wish I can give 0, they don't like to work in here. My sister got a oil change, and they a month later no oil in her car. She found out oil change was not performed at all, but yet took her money. Have a mechanic to go over they work. That's not cool to take money, and knowing you didn't do the job.
View on GoogleDo not get serviced here. They will mess your car up and tell you it’s your fault. Horrible service, long wait… moreover they give you a receipt that says they did all sorts of checks in your car that they never did. I’ve had great experiences in the past with jiffy at other locations and I stopped by this location because my oil level was very low trusting that they will service it properly. They recommended I replace 2 lights that were not working and I went ahead with their recommendation. After I drove off I noticed that different light stopped working. This happened 2 weeks ago and since it’s a location a bit farther from my house I hadn’t returned to get it checked. I stopped by today and explained the situation to the guy “in charge” at the location and without even checking he just said that he could tell it wasn’t their fault and that I needed to buy yet another light from them. There was no manager on site. The attendant was rude and started accusing me of trying to get a free light out of them when they worked on my car and damaged my light and refused to check their work. Never going back to jiffy for anything after the way I was treated.
