I had a really great experience with Crash Champions. They were timely, did excellent work, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it can be stressful trying to find a place you trust—but this team made me feel completely comfortable and never like I was being taken advantage of. That kind of honesty and professionalism goes a long way. Highly recommend!

I’m leaving this review to share my experience and help future customers make an informed decision. I left my car at this shop over a month ago and was initially given an estimated completion date of the 13th. Before that date, I was told in person that all parts had already arrived and that only labor was pending. On the 8th, however, I received a message saying there was a delay due to parts shipping, and the completion date was moved to the 23rd. This was confusing, since I had already been told all parts were on-site, but I accepted the new date. Between the 13th and the 23rd, I received another confirmation stating that all parts had been delivered and that the car was already in the paint department, which led me to believe the 23rd was realistic. When I called on the 23rd to confirm pickup time, I was told there was another delay and that they were still waiting on parts. When I asked which parts, I was told to call a manager at another time. The following business day, I went in person and spoke with the manager. He showed me the car and said it was still being worked on, hoping it would be finished within the week. I tried to remain patient, but communication continued to be inconsistent. When I later called again for an update, I was told my car had been “pushed back” and would now take two more weeks. At this point, the biggest issue for me has been the lack of clear communication and constantly changing timelines. Delays can happen, but being told conflicting information multiple times made the process frustrating and made me feel like my case wasn’t being prioritized. I’m posting this review simply to help other customers set expectations when deciding whether to leave their vehicle here. For now, I can only wait and hope the work is completed soon.

My overall experience at Crash Champions was excellent. The staff/employees were diligent, hard working, and honest. Whether you're at the dealership or repair shop, nobody wants "the run around". They don't want to be told one thing and it not come to fruition in a timely manner. I dealt with the manager Javier Vargas and he was extremely professional. He made me feel at ease because he explained the entire process in a forthright and honest manner, showing excellent communication skills. It was a pleasure to do business with crash champions. I would recommend them to family and friends in a heart beat. 5 stars
