First time at Hector's Auto Repair and it was a great experience! I prefer smaller owned businesses having one myself and Hector's fit the bill close to home. Had a coolant and oil leak on our explorer that needed to be addressed. They quickly got the vehicle in and communicated the problems and cost. Work was done very efficiently and only a day or two I was back on the road and it was very reasonable.

View on GoogleI'd already spent five hours on the road when I came to Chicago and my battery light came on. So I stopped at advance auto to have them test my battery and they found out my alternator was bad. So one of the workers there called Hector's auto to see if he had time to get me in and get it fixed. Which he did, and a few hours later, I was back on the road and made it to my destination. So I just want to say thank you to Hector and his crew for taking care of my emergency. I really appreciate it and my family appreciates you as well. Thank you for keeping me safe and letting me hang out at your establishment while you fixed my car.

Both Don and Jon are experienced mechanics, they are honest and will give you the best price possible.
