Went in to get my key fob fixed for my newly bought used Jeep Wrangler. Come to find out my trim was intended for off-roading to take the doors off which is fine but it was something I figured out almost 2 hours later. I had not a clue because the dealership I got it from didn't tell me. When I got to the service center, the guy exuded toxic masculinity and condescendingly asked if I came to fix my key fob because "so what did you lose it?" Continued to mansplain about diagnosing my issues and finding out he wasted the service techs time and mine. Sat for almost 2 hours in the service center waiting area to find out he messed up assuming my key fob issue needed diagnosing (A car without power windows/doors). Go somewhere else.

My BMW had a problem with the Lithium ion battery. The service I received from Mark Brinckerhoff and Anibal Ruiz, the service director was exemplary. It is apparent Fields BMW stands by their product. Shuttles were arranged for transportation. The technician did a great job. Would highly recommend Fields BMW for service.

My car needed more service than I had anticipated, but Melissa took the time to go through everything with me and explain what was most critical and what could wait. Even though it’s a 30+ mile round trip for me, it’s well worth it.

Fields used to have really good customer service. It's just terrible now. I spent an hour waiting to pick up an already ready car, and that was just the last part of an ordeal that started in February involving incorrect parts ordered, failure to notify when parts came in, a five-hour wait with no information nor estimate. The actual servicing and the eventual loaner car for the night were good.

I hope NO one has to go threw what I did with so many repairs, but if it happens Feilds Jeep is the ONLY place I and hopefully you will go for service. The waiting area is unbelievable and comfortable. The service department and manager was so hopeful and understanding .
