HEART in Northbrook is truly top-tier. I had been dealing with a major headache regarding my tires for a while, and they finally got it sorted. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get me in for a last minute appointment and they accommodated my schedule without any issues. Armando and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to answer every question I had. If you want a shop that actually cares about the quality of the work and treats you like a person, this is the place. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back here moving forward!

Needed a simple oil change for a European car; received a mailer with a coupon price of $89.95. Despite sitting in the waiting room, nobody ever provided an update to me during service - I received texts to review and approve/reject additional preventive maintenance, but no one ever said the car was ready. I only noticed it when I went to ask for status, because I was told it would be an hour to an hour and half. Over two hours later, the key was on the counter and the car was parked back out front. The follow-up texts are what prompted me to write a review. 17 minutes after I paid for the oil change, I received a text offering me a "Memorial Day Oil Change Special" that was $10 cheaper than what I had literally just paid. And the next morning, I received two texts saying "if you ever have questions about your vehicle, our team is always here to help. Hold us accountable we won't let you down!" I responded to that one with a screen shot of the memorial day special. I didn't get any reaction or response to that at all. So, good service, unfortunate communication. Sometimes over-reliance on technology is not a good thing. (and I work in tech).

HEART saved me a headache from a dealership down the street who was certain the car I was shopping would pass the ppi. Best $129 ive spent, with free rides both ways, friendly staff, especially armando, front desk staff, and their driver who i spent two trips too and from with. Heart is now my go-to and they even got me in the next day! I didnt end up going with the vehicle they inspected and have ZERO REGRETS. Thank you again Heart northbrook! HEART = CUSTOMER SERVICE
