Another great experience at Northtown. They were great at explaining to me what steps to take to not waste money. The advice saved me $$$$$ for service that was not really needed. Gave me a very detailed estimate for other repairs that need to be made. Service Advisor K W went above and beyond to make this service an excellent experience. Will be going back for my car repairs from now on.
View on GoogleI cannot say enough about the service that I get here. They are quick, transparent, and do great work. The prices are very reasonable especially given the turnaround time. They get my car back to work great so I can get on with my life. I always get great customer service. When the diagnostics on my car are complete, I get sent a detailed list of what needs to be done and how much it will cost. I don't get an vague number for some projects. It is broken down by project, showing me exactly how much I am paying to get my car fixed. I also wanted to shout out their key drop off service. I work a 9-5 so getting my car to places can be difficult. The system they have for key drop off means I can drop off on my own time instead of having to completely rearrange my schedule.

The guys at the front desk always take the time to walk you through the work being done and support the decision-making process by providing accurate, clear information. They go well above and beyond so the customer is confident in the work being done and never push for upsells. Reliable, consistent service and solid work (approved by my mechanic brother)! I highly, highly recommend them for any vehicle services or repairs.
View on GoogleBrought in for brake job as they felt less effective than before. Original anticipation was for new rotors, pads, etc. Turned out to just need brake fluid flush. The honest folks here could have charged me significantly more for services I didn't need. Instead, integrity won the day and they elected to save me hundreds. I appreciate their honesty and will, without hesitation, be back for my future automotive needs. Thanks to everyone!

The guys helped me from start to finish including getting me an uber to and from work in Crystal Lake while my car was being worked on! They replaced a few things that needed to be replaced and advised on any work they recommended be done. I will definitely be back and had a great experience here!
