The crew here always always make sure I am taken care of quickly and for the best price. I have gotten oil changes and tires here over the past few years. Last week, my van broke down on the side of the road and I wasn't sure where to tow my vehicle. I called at 6pm when they were closing and they answered the phone. They said I could have my vehicle towed there and called me by 9:30 am the next day with repairs and pricing ready. They would have had my van repaired by end of day had I been able to get back to them sooner. It was repaired by end of day the next day. Jeff was kind and supportive to apply whatever coupons and discounts he could to help me out and even did one more special ask for me out of kindness. I am so grateful they were able to help keep me moving as a hard working single Mom of two so I didn't miss a beat in all that I do in my life. Grateful for good kind honest people in my world. Highly recommended McHenry AutoTech team for you local vehicle needs. Truly, I don't trust many people with my vehicles as my brother is my usual mechanic. This time, Goodyear AutoTech took care of me in an emergency situation. Peace of mind, trust, safety, and security is everything!

Great place and honest employees. Got outfitted with new Goodyear tires and Josh and Jeff were great. They were honest about the alignment and installation process. I would definitely recommend them if you need any car services or tires.

Once I arrived I was hesitant to go in because it looked pretty dark inside and I wasn’t sure if I should park and go in or if I was going to get guided into the car bay like other shops. I decided to park up front and go in. Nice guy greeted me and checked me in. Took about 45 mins and didn’t have any issues. I would recommend this shop and will be going in there for future oil changes. Thanks guys 👍🏻
