Auto Villa Custom Trucks

Bought a Ram from them initial experience was decent enough, felt I over paid a bit but I wanted the truck so it is what it is, after about 2 days driving vehicle I noticed there was really no heat and the coolant gauge was bouncing up and down. Took it to the dealer and they diagnosed it as a head gasket. Talked to Tony and he said they would stand behind it and make it right and to bring it in to them to get fixed. Had the truck for over a month closer to 2 all the while I'm making payments on something I can't use. They were going to have a friend of the owners work on the truck because he was a diesel specialist had the work lined up but then figured out what he was charging them was crazy high so they decided to wait to take the truck to a different shop. I was ok and patient as I have another vehicle but still kinda ridiculous. They did eventually get it repaired and it's working well now so happy with that. But the other part of the sale was they promised in writing to do a full exterior buff on the truck as it was very badly swirled. It has been more then 6 months since purchased and I have called consistently to get this taken care of. Calls are never returned and excuses are made every time. Would love to give a better review but honestly it's pretty sad considering how patient I was with the previous repairs. So here I am STILL waiting on a service that was written into the contract. Skeptical at this point if it will ever be done. Hopefully they will do what's right and get it taken care of. Just be careful of what they promise because after you sign the paper they are really in no hurry to finish what they promise. Update: They did finally get to the detail on my truck however it was more of a cleaning and wax job then the full buff they had indicated. But at this point I'm content. They did do what was agreed upon and the truck looks decent. I'll probably just pay someone down the road to get a true buff to remove the swirls. I guess the ultimate question is would I buy from again. I would, they were honest, upfront, and friendly to work with. But I would caution to make sure everything agreed upon was completed prior to taking ownership so it gets done in a timely manor. They really did stand behind the truck with the mechanical issues that came up and although the length of time needed to complete everything took longer than expected they really did what was needed to make me happy with the purchase.

I just bought my second truck from Steve O last week. Great salesmen and the dealer has fantastic prices. They stand behind what they sell with no issues. I would not hesitate on a third purchase if ever needed. I will go back and recommend them 100% as the whole outfit is topnotch. Do not be afraid to go here for your next truck!! Couldn’t have had a better experience. Steve and Carlos are fantastic sales guys. I walked in with a vehicle in mind and the process went super smooth overall, and I was on my way within a couple hours. Didn’t feel like the usual dealer experience I have dealt with in the past. These guys were personable and straight to the point, made the process extremely smooth. Would highly recommend them and Auto Villa to anyone.

I have to say buying my Jeep from AutoVilla was the best car buying experience I ever had and I love my Jeep. I live in Massachucetts and I chose to buy my Jeep here because of my sisters recommendation & the fact they have their Jeeps customized by FRC, Fox River Customs. I broke a component to my soft-top while in Illinois visiting family and the owner provided parts I needed fixed my problem with the FRC team. I will forever be grateful and a loyal customer to both AutoVilla & FRC.

My sales man Carlos wasn't there to help me when I needed a new engine. They sold me a warranty that covered my engine, transmission, ect. and they didn't tell me to contact my insurance. After I bought the car they gave me the boot and told me to figure it out myself. Really bad of them, including management!!
