I absolutely recommend these people. They treat you like a human being, instead of a wallet. Honest, friendly, easy to talk to. They are not pushy or rude and don't try to sell you anything you are not interested in. I love my Ridgeline! Drove it all the way home in Iowa 3.5 hours away with no issues! I was happy to see that it was being sold from a used car dealership, giving us time and grace and willingness for us to explore our financing options. Kevin was amazing and was responsive and friendly. He was happy to meet with us late on a Sunday afternoon and show us the truck. He spent a very generous amount of time with us asking questions and having 2 of us individually test drive it together. He had a wealth of knowledge on the best way for us to pursue financing and how to make the deal work as an out of state buyer (WI). He offered the opportunity of selling our current work truck to help with the down payment. Kevin offered that if we could bring it down for him to inspect, he would be happy to consider it on trade. We did not take him up on it, because of the 2-hour trip each way, but the offer was above what we he needed to do. When the deal was made and we were arranging to pick it up, we learned that he was going to be attending auto auctions in our state very near where we live. He offered to bring the truck up and deliver it to us at the auction site! …for no additional charge! That saved us 4 hours of travel time and gas! He was great to work with and extremely knowledgeable." -David

View on GoogleBought a used ford escape with 55k miles on it 3 years ago and I’m happy to say that car is running like a freaking champ at 72k miles. Keeping up with maintenance, a few fixes but overall good suv. We got an ok deal for that suv, it was the best option we had than buying a new vehicle. Either way we would recommend this dealer, come check it out. They've been a around for a while.
