I was put through with Gerber and Glass through my insurance and it was an easy stress free experience. I get alerts on my phone from my car and every day, even saturdays, they were working on my car. They provided updates every Tuesday and Thursday and were very easy to communicate with. My Rav drives incredible and you can’t even tell what they replaced.
View on GoogleDO NOT GO HERE!!! These people had my vehicle for over 7 weeks! Told me countless times when my car would be completed- and it never was. I had to frequently call for updates on my vehicle. Just picked it up finally after a stressful 7 weeks, and it still has damage from the accident (that wasn't my fault). DONT come here, terrible service and customer service!!! Attached photos of the scratches left behind!
View on GoogleHow can you provide warranty service if you do not return customer calls? How can you get to a warranty situation if you fail to repair a vehicle and return it still in disrepair? They had my car for over 7 weeks and returned it, still not repaired, twice! Never completed the job. Vehicles are among the highest value items we own, sometimes the highest, and I would recommend you entrust yours elsewhere.

I had a decent amount of front damage after an accident and it looks brand new! Only driven it a day but so far so good! Friendly staff, really great communication on what's going on during repairs and very thorough with their paperwork! Thanks gerber!
