This is 6 star review. I called every shop around and questioned on the knowledge they had. Everyone pitched the products they are dealer for and listed the advantages without properly addressing why. I spoke with Brandi at FRC, a lady in the suspension shop? You’re kidding me??? Well, I left shocked by the knowledge she and her crew had. Not pushing for any product, listed pros and cons of every kit, had me made my choice which took another couple months of research. Went with BDS 5” which she actually recommended and it’s unreal. Didn’t want nothing crazy for the lift and she showed me plenty of pics about which offset height etc to go with. Job- top notch, super clean, bolts torqued and marked, rides so much better than rough stock and they actually aligned my factory crooked steering wheel which other shops failed to address. Customer for life here, truly amazing experience and quality of service. 6 stars

Absolutely amazing group of people to work with. Started working with Brandi a few weeks ago on a lift kit and tire package for my Mojave. We had detailed discussions back and forth over 54 emails and several phone calls, and she was able to offer sound solutions and input. At the end of the day, she said something that stuck, "We can build this however you want, just let us know." This proved to me that she wasn't just trying to sell and install parts, but that she truly wanted me to be happy with what we were doing. I'm no expert on each how each component works with every other system on my rig, thankfully she is. She has a great team of mechanics some who are US Military Veterans, and together they built they an absolute beast of a tuck. Looking forward to getting a few more things done, and the first place I'm going is FRC.
View on GoogleFRC in Fox Lake is amazing. It all started with a call to Brandi and she got me all hooked up with an appointment to install the lift on my 19 Silverado Trail Boss. She explained everything to me and got the appointment scheduled the following week with the days that worked for me. They did amazing work, don’t have one complaint. The best part was she personally delivered my truck to me when it was done being lifted and aligned. If you’re looking to get lifted or any type of service look no further. Prices are extremely fair for the work they offer! Thank you Brandi and the mechanics that did the work on my truck. See you back soon with my Tahoe! 👍

She was quick, responsive, informative, and patient with all of my questions. It was easy to set an appointment and they were able to complete everything in 24 hours. My car looks great and I can’t wait to go back for more!
