Took over two hours for an oil change and they told us a car wash was included. When my husband checked on the vehicle after two very long hours, he was told they were just waiting for the car wash to finish. He was then told the car was ready, but the car had not been washed and was as dirty as ever. Very disappointed that not only did they take forever with an oil change that he had to sit around for, but they lied about the car wash. Not a big deal we didn’t get one, but a big deal they lied and said the car had one when it clearly didn’t. On top of that long wait time (which was not the first time it’s been long here. This was just the longest) We will not be back. Photos were taken in parking lot before leaving

The main screen on my GMC went black with a red triangle in the center. No radio, A/C and other options. Went by Castle where Ashley, the service writer, took care of me. Got a call from Chris the next day saying it was fixed, just an update from GMC. I thought, kinda "over the top" way of "alerting" you that an update was needed. But again, the service crew at Castle, formerly Gary Lang, handled this warranty repair perfectly. Thank you.
