Buss Ford Service

We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from Buss Ford. Our salesperson, Juvenile S., was very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the right vehicle that truly met our needs. He also made sure everything was ready to go when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, which made the process smooth and stress-free. We really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. We will definitely do business with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

Overall, it was a great experience. PROS: Great communication. Friendly faces all around. Honest people working hard for their living. Awesome courtesy towards their clients/ customers. The boss/manager Kept me up to date with everything being done, or that needed to be done. Usually, I do the maintenance myself, as it gives me something to do. Anywhoo.. I went to Ford to get my car's heating fixed (I dont know anything about that to do it myself.) BEFORE GOING IN: My brother (who's also a mechanic but for a different dealer) told me what Ford should look for, which part is most likely to be replaced, what the process is like for my situation, and even a time frame for your average mechanic to do a job like that. DURING the service: Got a courtesy call from Ford, and they explained to me what the issue was. It all lined up to what my brother said, to the very detail, AND that they fixed a recall on my car, for no extra fee. AFTER LEAVING: Got the car back, and fixed on the first visit, did not have to go back, and she works good as new! They left my car pretty much exactly how I dropped it off. Ford got the nod of approval by my doctor (my mechanic brother) My brother told me that, whoever worked on my car. Treated it like they were working on their own personal vehicle, and that they did top notch work on it. CONS: There wasn't any cons. If i were to be *nick picky* and give a con. It would be that my driver seat was moved back. (Again... NOT a con. Just obvious that I had a tall mechanic work on my car.) Very pleased with my visit, and IF I ever have any issues in the future. I can confidently say, I'll take it back to them. Thank you very much. I'm truly grateful.

Had a recall on my F250 and was pleasantly surprised to find out that the service could be performed by a mobile technician. The service was performed timely and efficiently. Technician was very professional and explained what was going to happen. He also checked the air filter, batteries, and tires. He informed me that I should get the tires rotated, since the rear tires were substantially worn compared to the front. Overall, a very good experience.
