On March 25, I dropped off my car to Roberto for a side panel dent repair and front license plate bracket installation. Roberto assured me he would complete the work by Wednesday afternoon. Expect a call then. I stopped by on Tuesday to chat with Roberto, and he was kind to show me the progress he had made. It looked good! As Wednesday afternoon crept by, I called Roberto to ask if the car was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, he did not answer. Roberto called me back later in the afternoon, stating the car was not prepared and citing low temperatures as the cause of the delay because the paint would not dry properly. He said that on Thursday noon, the vehicle would be ready. Thursday noon arrived, and I went to the auto shop, spotting my car from a distance. To my surprise and disappointment, the front license plate still needed to be installed. I patiently waited for Roberto to arrive. When he finally did, he mentioned needing an additional time to complete the work. I couldn't help but express my concern about this delay. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the work and dissatisfied with the service.
