I found this auto shop on google with great reviews not knowing that it was in the area of my neighborhood, I was extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service from some of the technicians I’ve spoken to so far. Everything was fixed on my vehicle within 5 hours, I feel like a safe driver again. Called to get a price on a repair before I could finish the man cut me off rudely and said oh I dont knw dont ask me the price....I hung up. If you cnat answer a simple question as far as repair for a ball joint that you verified you can do the work for you need not to work on cars at all. Not 1 mechanic who you call will react in such am unprofessional manner. You must not like money or returning customers. Horrible customer service. Horrible phone etiquette. Horrible attitude for the work you do.
View on GoogleMy husband and his family have taken all of their cars to D&K for decades. (Back to when the Dad was in charge.) I've *only* been a customer for 10 years. They've always been fair with pricing and we've never had a problem with a repair. If they find something that needs to be fixed soon, they don't push to fix it now. They know you'll be back when it's time. Mike & his crew are the best!
View on GoogleThe service was fast and I didn't leave feeling like I was robbed. The owner is nice, pleasant, and personal. My vehicle was fit in at the last minute and I had it back 2 days sooner than expected. The only thing that I can say is that after looking at my receipt I saw that the $90 diagnostic charge was not deducted from the service. I was not made aware of that.
View on GoogleNever went through with the work but prices was crazy 1000 for some ball joints? My uncle ended up showing me how to put new ones on as well as the upper lower and cv joints new rotors brake pads all the parts came out to way way under 1000. If you have the money to spend like that then maybe? But I’d be cautious and check what prices should be normal at that time I didn’t know jack about cars.
