We had a transmission replaced on a 2004 Mazda 3 in Sept 2025. Six months later, the trans replacement (used, with about half the miles as the car) is still working great. Joe worked with us to locate appropriate used transmissions and made sure that everything was going to work, rejecting one trans as being unacceptable. He was careful and thorough and communicated well. Joe extended the life of our car, giving our son reliable transportation for his job, and the money we spent was worth it.

I was searching for a rust repair shop had a hard time finding one, by luck found Gateway Auto Service! I have a 2006 Nissan Altima my 4 quarter panels were badly rusted, Joe and his team did a tremendous job, what amazed me was that they matched the navy blue metallic flake paint of my car to perfection looks like a new car! I am very satisfied and taking it back for further body & paint repair. I highly recommend Gateway Auto Service for collision & rust repair as they do excellent work! Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Joe goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. His pricing is fair and I didn't feel ripped off. I had body work done, a couple of replacements and 2 oil changes. I will be scheduling another oil change. Great people, atmosphere and work ethic.
