I live in Texas, up in the DFW area, but I bought my car at World Hyundai. Because of family, I travel back and forth from Illinois to Texas, sometimes 2-3 times a year. I've always had good service experiences here in the past. I get that things are tough economically right now, but before, the service department would always find the best prices and let me use multiple coupons. This time, I didn't get that. But if I tell them something wasn't right, they'll reach out to see how they can make things better. The service team is super friendly. Management also tries to fix things. I'm not sure when I'll be back, but this dealership still feels like home. I could've waited until I got back to Texas, especially since prices and taxes are cheaper there, but if I'm in Illinois, this is my dealership, and it is for several family members too. If I have time to go back and have them look at the mechanical issues I'm having with my car, I will. After the price of just the regular maintenance, I didn't want to ask about the other things I was having trouble with, maybe next time.

I came in for my regular oil change and tire rotation. I dealt with both John and April in the service department . They were both very friendly and informative. John went over what I needed done and what had already been taken care of for my warranty needs and April was thorough going through my receipt and what service were provided. They both got me in and out quickly. I am very happy with the service department at World Hyundai So far.
