Wow, my service today was lightening fast. I had an 9am appointment and I arrived 15 minutes early. Lucky for me I was able to get right onto a lift for service. The young lady at the desk was helpful, professional and courteous. My tire change was handled by two expert technicians that quickly completed the task. I know I will return here again for service. If you're still reading don't go anywhere else but Belle Tire in Matteson, IL. Check out the photos, I came in limping on a donut 🍩 and left out sprinting on new shoes 🛞

I had a 5 star experience at this location. This is my 2nd time at this Belle Tire and both times have been excellent. Great customer service, and friendly staff. The young lady that helped me Jahia Miller was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I rarely give 5 stars on my reviews, unless I get all around great service. I had a nail in my tire and stopped here and got it fixed quickly with no appointment. Very friendly manager named Eric and his crew are friendly and knowledgeable . Also a very nice and clean place better than a lot of tire places i have been to I enjoyed some complimentary coffee while i waited. I will return in the future Thank you

Went to these guys after Firestone did a poor job with my tires on multiple occasions. I was pleasantly surprised. The people at the front desk were very professional and polite. The waiting room was as clean as a four-star hotels lobby. And they fixed what Firestone incorrectly installed. I'm making these guys my new tire guys.
