View on GoogleI had a terrible experience with Coys Towing after my vehicle was towed following an accident. This was not a criminal situation whatsoever, yet I was treated like I had done something wrong from the moment I walked in. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What made the experience even worse was discovering property missing from my vehicle after it was in their possession. The driver was also rude and showed zero concern when I brought it up. Because they work closely with the local police department, it felt impossible to get anyone to take my complaint seriously or hold them accountable. Being involved in an accident is already stressful enough. Companies contracted by police departments should still treat people with basic respect and integrity. I would strongly recommend documenting everything and removing valuables from your vehicle if it ever ends up here.

View on GoogleWorkers stole my stuff out of my truck. I did get compensated for it but I felt violated all over again after my accident. It wasn't really even about the money. I didn't even get an apology. The picture below is how it looked after they went through it the other picture is me after the accident
