Brought my car in for diagnosis they said they figured out the problem. Parts and labor were around $900 and my car was having the same problem two weeks later they weren't able to fix what they originally said they were going to without charging me even though they said they had fixed the problem which they diagnosed.Over priced to not fix the issue not bad pricing if issue was actually fixed. I feel they were just trying to get money out of me being a female .I even came in with my dad and he suggested head gaskets !I have recently went to a different shop and of course head gaskets need replaced,I still have paper work and yes this is the right shop . Response :I came back not even 2 weeks later and had my thermostat replaced before I came back.When I came back for flush they tried to charge me $200 for a issue that wasn’t fixed ,instead of saying customer neglect actually stand behind your work and fix the problem instead of saying I caused a blown gasket when that was the problem in the first place .

I came to t&t after a frustrating, gas-lighting conversation with the service department of my car dealership. They had quoted me $8k for a repair that t&t said I didn't need. I'm so glad I went to t&t auto care for a second opinion. As a woman, I appreciate an auto shop whose staff doesn't talk down to me and is polite through-and-through. View on GoogleFast and reliable. Took my jeep there thinking I needed a new fuel pump. Come to find out just needed new spark plugs. Service was great & fast.
