No Stars!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS(LITERALLY)! Call me a fool but I have been a loyal customer since 2015 with leasing/financing 4 vehicles and recommending a handful of customers whom have also purchased vehicles. Early last year, 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L had engine issues....sat at dealership for 3 months due to no parts then faulty parts... LEMON! October 2025, leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee L...1st Oil Change: OIL LEAK! March 2026, paid $4000 to have engine repaired (Cylinder Head Gasket, Timing Cover Gaskets, Crank Seal, Valve Cover Gaskets, etc.) only to have issues less than 30 days later (Cam Phasers). Dealership claims new issue is unrelated to previous issues and quoted $1600+. No Accountability! Half-SSA Mechanics! Take your JEEP elsewhere!

I’ve been here 4 times since I’ve been a Dodge owner and the service wasn’t great at all. The last time I was there I came in for a quick fix dealing with my undercarriage and was turned around without even taking a look at it. I live in the south burbs if the city and I had to drive 1hr away to forest park for them to fix my problem witch that only took 5mins. You try to set up appointments and them set you back more then 2weeks and they never have enough workers as they always say.

I guess you can say I was scammed out of A HELL OF A LOT OF MONEY.,!!!!!!!! . Never again . Please reconsider before taking you car there .😡
View on GoogleWent to look at a couple cars. The salesperson was super polite and she was very helpful. We tried to negotiate price a bit, but the sales manager said they couldn't negotiate price, which was ok with us. We can just keep looking. When that is what we said, the manager rudely tried using interest rates as a negotiable (both cars we were looking at were brand new). He stated if we bought the cheaper car (49k vs 52k), he just give us higher rates so the payment would be the same. We told him we won't negotiate a deal based on interest rates and he got angry. Salesperson was pleasant, as I said, but the manager was highly unprofessional.
